At Exoticool, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. All products are produced and shipped from facilities within the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-7 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time includes:
- Order verification and payment processing
- Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing of your custom apparel
- Quality inspection to ensure your product meets our standards
- Packaging and preparation for shipment
Please note: Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods such as product launches, promotional events, or holidays. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options for domestic US orders:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days after processing
- Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days after processing (if available)
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing (if available)
Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier performance.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your delivery address
- Order weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Promotional shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website and at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:
- Tracking number
- Carrier information
- Estimated delivery date
- Link to track your package
You can track your order status at any time by logging into your account or using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.
Shipping Locations
Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are accepted.
International Shipping: International shipping options may be limited or unavailable at this time. Please contact us at support@exoticoolmerchllc.com for international shipping inquiries.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to:
- Addresses outside our current shipping zones
- Incomplete or invalid addresses
Orders with incomplete or incorrect shipping information may be delayed. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:
- Contact us immediately at support@exoticoolmerchllc.com with your order number and photos of any damage
- We will work with the carrier to file a claim
- Once the claim is processed, we will send a replacement or issue a refund
Exoticool is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly if your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@exoticoolmerchllc.com. We can only modify addresses before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, address changes must be handled through the carrier.
